MARINA 23 is our most affordable houseboat — a ready-made, fully finished floating unit on a steel pontoon that you can place on a lake without a building permit.
Why a houseboat?
- A houseboat is a floating vessel, not a building — it is not subject to Building Law, but to inland navigation regulations. No building permit required.
- It floats on a steel pontoon — you moor where you have the right to do so. You don't need to buy expensive waterfront land.
- Mobile — if you change your mooring location, the houseboat goes with you.

Price and lead time
MARINA 23 is sold in the standard specification described above (no configurator). The price covers the house ready for collection in Poland (ex works). Transport to your mooring site, crane lifting, launching, mooring and shore connections are quoted individually for each location.
Production time: approx. 90 days from order. The binding delivery date is set in the contract.
