How long do I wait for my sauna?

Typically 8–10 weeks from order to delivery. For selected models this can extend to 3 months — the current lead time is shown on the product page.

What is included in the price of every sauna?

From 2027 every SAUNADO sauna comes in one standard: thermowood construction, painted exterior, full glass front, thermo-aspen benches and backrests, and LED lighting. You choose your Harvia heater in the configurator.

How is the sauna delivered?

The sauna arrives as a flat-pack kit on a 200 × 120 cm pallet. Two people can unload it — no forklift or crane is needed. If you prefer, you can add crane (HIAB) unloading as an option.

Can I order assembly?

Yes. On-site assembly can be selected in the configurator as a service. Every sauna also comes with assembly instructions — assembling it yourself according to them does not affect the warranty.

What warranty do I get?

2 years on the structure and the heater.

Can I return a sauna?

Configured saunas are made to order specifically for you, so they cannot be returned once production has started. You can cancel free of charge before production starts. Standard products (accessories, stones) can be returned within 14 days.

Which heater should I choose?

For saunas for 1–4 people we recommend the Harvia KIP 4.5 kW or the Spirit 6 kW with WiFi control; for larger cabins the Spirit 9 kW. The wood-burning Harvia Legend 240 with a complete chimney set is available for most models.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes — to the United Kingdom, Germany and other EU countries. Prices and delivery costs for your country are shown once you select your market in the store.
