Delivery and assembly

We deliver saunas, jacuzzis, and hot tubs to your specified address throughout Poland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. You can find the delivery time for a specific model on the product page or we will confirm it after you place your order.

Delivery to the United Kingdom: import duty and VAT (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid) are already included in the price — you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Unloading and assembly

We determine the unloading method individually (HDS, crane, forklift). For most models, professional assembly service is available — you can select it in the product configuration or arrange it with a consultant.

Site preparation

Before delivery, prepare a hardened, leveled surface and — for saunas with an electric heater — power supply according to the model's specifications. We will advise you on how to do this step-by-step.
