SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY – SAUNADO

1. Delivery Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all products available in the online store saunado.eu.

The price displayed on the product page and in the cart is the final price and includes standard delivery to the address specified by the customer within the delivery country.

No additional shipping or logistics fees will be charged after placing the order, unless clearly stated in advance (e.g. in cases requiring special delivery conditions such as crane use or specialist unloading equipment).


2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

The total delivery time consists of:

  • Preparation time (production and packaging):
    This information is provided on each product page. Typically, it ranges from 14 to 30 working days, depending on the model and availability.
  • Transport time:
    Typically 7 to 14 working days, depending on the delivery country and logistical conditions.

The stated timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, logistics delays, peak seasons).

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive confirmation along with an estimated delivery date.


3. Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out by professional logistics providers specialising in large and bulky goods (e.g. ROHLIG SUUS, Raben or equivalent carriers).

Products are delivered by truck to the address provided by the customer, up to the nearest location accessible by a delivery vehicle.

Delivery includes transport to the unloading point only and does not include carrying the goods inside or installation, unless explicitly stated in the offer.


4. Delivery Requirements

Due to the size and weight of the products, the customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • adequate access for a delivery vehicle (truck)
  • sufficient space for unloading

If additional equipment is required (e.g. crane or HDS), the conditions and any associated costs will be agreed in advance or specified in the product description.

If delivery to the exact address is not possible due to local conditions, an alternative unloading location will be arranged.


5. Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, we recommend:

  • checking the condition of the packaging in the presence of the driver
  • reporting any visible damage and completing a damage report

Failure to complete a damage report does not affect your statutory rights but may delay or complicate the claims process with the carrier.

In case of transport damage, please contact our customer support without delay.


6. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

All shipments are insured during transport.
